We also have extensive experience in the fund formation and other vehicles for investment, co-investment, or joint ventures, as well as in the financing of real estate projects and portfolios, and the operation of real estate projects.

Corporate

At BRIT, we provide corporate services to address our clients’ day-to-day operations and needs, always seeking efficiency to keep costs reasonable. As part of the corporate services offered by BRIT, we include, among others, corporate secretarial services for all types of companies, including the preparation of shareholders’ or partners’ meeting minutes and board of directors’ or managers’ meeting minutes, as applicable; drafting and negotiation of contracts and documents related to our clients operations, such as lease agreements, liquidation of companies, granting of powers of attorney, reports and notices before the National Registry of Foreign Investments.

We advise national and international clients in the prevention and resolution of complex disputes, actively participating in negotiations, judicial proceedings, arbitrations, and alternative mechanisms such as mediation. Our team represents companies in civil, commercial, administrative, and bankruptcy disputes, with a strategic and results-focused approach. We have extensive experience in high-impact litigation in Mexico and abroad, particularly in sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, energy, finance, ports, trade, mergers and acquisitions, consumer affairs, and corporate disputes.

Mergers and Acquisitions

The BRIT team has participated in the structuring and implementation of purchase-and-sale transactions of companies and assets, as well as joint ventures, across various sectors and industries, with different levels of complexity. Our involvement has encompassed the negotiation and drafting of share purchase and subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, control and corporate governance arrangements, operating and management agreements, license agreements, and service contracts.
