Nicole is an associate at the firm. She has experience advising a broad range of national and international clients.

Her practice focuses on corporate advisory services for national and international corporations and companies in a variety of transactions of diverse complexity, including the implementation of shareholders agreements, corporate governance, and the ordinary operations of different types of companies and associations. She has experience in structuring, negotiating, and executing financial transactions related to financing, investments, the creation of Mexican trusts for various purposes, and the merger, acquisition, and spin-off of various companies. Her practice also includes the implementation of restructuring plans in bankruptcy cases.
